Interview is process to evaluate a candidate about his/her IQ level, promptness, eagerness to work, whether he/she is ambitious enough about career and so on. Candidate can be a fresher or may be experienced with previous job profile. But whatever might be the current background or profile the candidate is holding – every new interview comes as fresh challenge to the candidate. There is no harm if a candidate chose job interview books to face interviews further in his/her life. As many times a candidate will follow such guide books, it will help to build up a rock solid confident in the candidate.
The patterns interview depends on the kind of job one is seeking for, like – jobs in information technology sector, corporate jobs, sales and marketing, job of a travel operator or agent, and so on. The candidates also chose their work field as per their educational background or working experience basis. For each different work field candidates need to be prepared.
